EasyAdmit is our patient check-in solution that provides user friendly design and a streamlined, paperless process for healthcare facility check-in. The flexible application is designed with the added ability to change, expand and be customized to meet the needs of varied patient care facilities. EasyAdmit provides a paperless interaction between incoming patients and the administrative or nursing staff, increasing patient satisfaction and medical staff efficiency.
Patients are able to enter identifying information, enter symptom details using an interactive touch screen, and rate their pain level to help determine the urgency of their needs. All of this information is sent through a secured network connection to an administrative or nursing staff who have access to a secure management screen allowing them to view the patient information, manage the patient priority queue, track wait times, and print additional forms.
