Tim Burke

Tim Burke Official PortraitAs president Tim Burke directs the operations and builds relationships with our clients and partners. Tim is responsible for establishing and implementing the overall strategic vision of the agency. Tim brings years of experience from working with clients such as Frito-lay, Kodak, Pennzoil, Minute Maid, Van Melle, Walmart, Hillshire Farms, and many others. Tim's management skills are balanced with his understanding of web and IT technology, which allows him to fully understand the hollistic needs of most projects.

Tim began his career as a photographer after study at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. He later transitioned into PC Technologies while maintaining a free-lance photography career. Tim's online career began in 1996 at Entex Information Services (now Siemens), where he helped to build their knowledge base used for a customer call center. At Entex Information Services, Tim held a variety of positions, including assistant help desk manager for the AlliedSignal team, solutionline webmaster, and was the lead technical supervisor on the ServiceSoft knowledge management software implementation. He developed their internal knowledge management website called "The Brain". Tim is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for his knowledge of Microsoft's IIS web server technologies.

Tim later worked for SharkBYTES web studio in Cincinnati as a programmer for clients such as BICC General Cable, Hillshire Farm, Gold Star Chili, The Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, Eagle-Picher Industries, and the Devine Group. Tim went on to start up the interactive division for WBK Marketing.Design.Internet, a design studio that created websites for clients including Kodak, Frito-Lay, Minute Maid, Eureka Ranch, Van Melle, and Pennzoil. While at WBK, Tim managed the team that built Doug Hall's Eureka Ranch, Merwyn system which allows for concept testing online.

When Tim Burke is not at his computer running the business, you might find him on his road or mountain bike, off roading in his Jeep, collecting antiques, traveling, or skiing. Tim is also a part time real estate investor in the Cincinnati area. Tim is a graduate of Walnut Hills high school, The Art Academy of Cincinnati and Cincinnati State technical college.
